Groups are built on the foundation of their affirmed values.  But it's no easy feat to make sure the values your group lives are the values you intend.

For over twenty years, Tim O'Connell has been working with corporations, civic and church organizations, and academic groups, helping them to define and embody the values they care about.

Typically, a session of three to six hours will allow a group to identify the values that actually operate in their setting, to discuss whether these are the values they want to emphasize, and, if not, to begin to strategize ways to change that.

Often a follow-up session a couple of months later can help to reinforce the earlier decisions and assure that they aren't lost in the rush of everyday activities.

O'Connell brings a rare combination: knowledge about the ways in which values are formed and transmitted and concern for the professional ethics that ought to undergird group life.
